What is the pre-booking special offer?
The pre-booking special offer allows you to secure a 1 or 3-month consecutive stay at transylvanian coliving at a special rate. It includes all amenities and events offered during a regular stay.
How much notice do I need to provide for my stay?
You must provide transylvanian coliving with at least 2 weeks notice before your planned arrival date. If you fail to book a stay within 2.5 years (30 months) from signing the agreement, you may lose the right to use your payment. After the 2.5 years, you may be eligible for a 20% discount for a later booking.
What if Transylvanian Coliving is at full capacity for my requested stay?
Pre-bookings are given top priority. If the coliving space is at full capacity and cannot accommodate your pre-booked stay, alternative dates will be offered to you.
Can I bring additional guests with me?
Yes, you can bring additional guests. There is an additional fee equal to 25% of the base nightly price for each guest (can be purchased directly on the check-out page, just update the number of persons).
